Asset-GenZ has powerful reporting. You can report on Asset business Risk, Life, Level of Servcie, Return on Investment. Asset-GenZ combines any of these reports so the end user gets real power of reporting at their fingertips. Including comparing multiple Assets & Systems (Facilities) across the globe. There are a lot of factors that determine an implementation time frame. We estimate 3 months for every 600 Assets using 4 people. RRC recommends utilizing internal resources to ensure organizational ownership of the Asset-GenZ programme. The number of people allocated to the project, access to information & subject matter experts is vital & a significant part in the implementation time frame.

If your business has an ERP or CMMS then Asset-GenZ must be loaded with key information from your maintenance database Technical object structure. Whether you want to DIY or have a full implementation RRC will assist with this vital data transfer step. Then the rest of the implementation can continue.

Implementation is highly flexible to the client, RRC can offer a full implementation or the client can implement at a time frame suitable to your business. Asset-GenZ is intuitive, it really can be a DIY programme, it’s your choice. RRC will support you all the way and assist in managing the quality of the entered data with the Asset-GenZ auditing tool, aligning with ISO55000, 55001, 55002.

The review period for Asset condition, LoS, Life is determined by the end user. Review periods can be set up for each Asset so you can customise the review. Configure Asset-GenZ to send reminders when Assets need review & what type of review is needed.

This is the Life expectancy of an Asset. Asset-GenZ can monitor your Assets expected life & report when it should be replaced & the replacement cost. But Asset-GenZ goes further than this. Your Asset life can be adjusted to suit the real world. Using Asset-GenZ special tools adjust the life to match the current condition of your Asset & the updated Asset Life & Budget will be reflected in your reports.

This is the expected output from an Asset, it may be in Tonnes/Day, Litres/min, Gallons/hour, whatever your Asset outputs to contribute value to your business, is the LoS.

Typically, this is determined by Manufacturer specifications, although sometimes if may be adjusted due to physical modifications to the Asset or the business expectation.

Regardless of the LoS, Asset-GenZ can capture this piece of information & report & trend on it & compare this against Condition & Life, feeding back to the Budget & business decisions.

Yes Asset-GenZ does this by accessing existing information on an Asset & the user adding information for a replacement Asset & comparing & reporting the 2 data sets.
